Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic and tea products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
