At Rameen Naturals, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent refund and return process.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic and tea products cannot be returned once opened.


How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@rameennaturals.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
